The Role

As an IT Service & Application Analyst at Honey Birdette, you’ll play an important role in supporting the applications and technology that power our global retail and digital operations.

This is a hands-on, hybrid support role working across our retail technology ecosystem, including ERP, e-commerce, middleware, finance and logistics platforms. You’ll provide first and second line support, troubleshoot application and integration issues, and help keep our omnichannel operations running smoothly.

Working closely with business teams, technology partners and external vendors, you’ll investigate incidents, resolve system and data issues, support end users, and contribute to ongoing enhancements and automation. From troubleshooting API failures and monitoring integrations to setting up new starters and resolving order flow issues, no two days will look quite the same.

What You’ll Be Doing

Provide first and second line support across business applications, including ERP, e-commerce, finance, middleware and logistics platforms
Troubleshoot, triage and resolve application bugs, incidents and system issues
