Introducing the Marketing Unit of Asiance
Asiance is a digital agency supporting brands in luxury, fashion, beauty, FMCG, and more through all stages of their digital journey in Korea: Explore → Innovate → Amplify.
- Explore: Market research and strategic consultation to guide informed decisions on market entry, product launches, etc.
- Innovate: Localization and development of digital platforms tailored to client needs.
- Amplify: Execution and optimization of digital marketing—social media, paid ads, influencer campaigns, and more.
Our Marketing Unit leads the Amplify stage, managing social channels like Kakao and Instagram, and running paid campaigns on Naver, Kakao, Google, Meta, and other platforms.
We're growing and looking for team players dedicated to delivering high-quality digital results.
Key Activities :
Campaign & Content Support
- Support digital campaign setup and execution across major platforms (Naver, Kakao, Meta, Google)
- Monitor basic campaign performance and assist with budget tracking
- Support social media content planning, copy localization, and asset coordination
- Prepare ad previews and conduct basic quality checks
Data & Reporting
- Collect campaign data and support weekly/monthly performance reports
- Assist with simple data visualization and performance summaries
Client & Team Collaboration
- Support day-to-day client communication and meeting materials
- Coordinate tasks and timelines with internal teams
- Share project updates and flag issues to the project manager
Qualifications :
- 1–3 + years of experience in digital marketing or social media (Fast-learning fresh graduates are also welcome)
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive, learning-oriented mindset
- Comfortable communicating in both Korean and English, with basic skills in Excel & PowerPoint
Preferred Skills :
- Familiarity with major ad platforms (Naver, Kakao, Meta, Google Ads)
- Experience supporting social media or influencer marketing activities
- Comfortable using collaboration tools such as Notion, Figma, or Slack
Working Hours & Location :
- Hours: Mon–Fri, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Lunch 12:30–1:30)
- Locations: 4F, Shin-a Memorial Hall, 33 Jeongdong-gil, Jung-gu, Seoul, 04518, Korea
