Key Responsibilities (What You Will Do)
- Premium Niche Penetration: Drive top-line revenue by aggressively targeting high-margin sectors where our technological edge outpaces local giants. Focus heavily on top-tier XR virtual production studios (entertainment/K-Pop/Broadcasting), ultra-premium corporate boardrooms, and high-end commercial displays.
- Breaking the Conglomerate Barrier: Penetrate the closed-loop procurement ecosystems of major Korean conglomerates (Chaebols) and top-tier broadcasting networks (e.g., CJ ENM, KBS, SBS). Bypass traditional blockades by pitching directly to key technical decision-makers and architectural consultants.
- Ecosystem & Channel Mastery: Identify, recruit, and manage elite Korean AV Integrators and specialized technology distributors. Ensure they have the technical capability to deliver our premium solutions and the local clout to win bids against domestic competitors.
- Commercial Cycle & Risk Ownership: Own the entire commercial lifecycle. Negotiate complex localization contracts, strictly manage Account Receivables (AR) to mitigate financial risks, and coordinate with our Shenzhen headquarters to ensure flawless, localized SLA (Service Level Agreement) delivery.
Who You Are (What You Bring)
- Industry Hardcore: 5+ years of proven B2B BD/Sales experience strictly within the South Korean market, specifically in Pro-AV, commercial LED displays, Broadcasting/Film technology, or premium system integration.
- The "Enterprise & Studio" Rolodex: You possess a highly mature local network. You have a proven track record of selling into major Korean enterprises, top AV consultants, and the booming virtual production/entertainment sector.
- Cultural & Etiquette Mastery: You possess a profound understanding of South Korean corporate culture and business etiquette. You know exactly how to navigate the complex hierarchies, build trust over time, and maintain the extreme resilience required for long-cycle enterprise sales.
- Bilingual Agility: Native fluency in Korean and professional fluency in English are mandatory for seamless cross-border coordination with our global teams and Shenzhen HQ. (Conversational or business Mandarin is a massive plus).
