The Role
- Serve as a strategic marketing partner to the cross-functional leadership team in Korea while being based in the Entegris Suwon office; the Field Marketing Specialist will report to the Asia Field Marketing Manager and support the development of marketing strategies aligned with the commercial sales organization’s objectives for business growth in Korea.
- Under the guidance of the Asia Field Marketing Manager, this role is responsible for planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns, projects, and events. The position focuses on strengthening Entegris’ brand awareness, enhancing brand perception among current and prospective customers and employees, promoting the company’s solutions and products, generating leads, and driving overall engagement.
In this role, you will:
Plan, organize, and execute online, offline, and hybrid events and activities in Korea to
strengthen Entegris’ brand awareness, build thought leadership, and drive demand
generation primarily within the semiconductor manufacturing and packaging ecosystem.
- Define goals, objectives and strategies and develop execution plans
- Create marketing content via collaboration with Solutions Marketing, Brand & Digital Marketing, Corp. Communications, and subject matter experts
- Lead onsite operations, logistics, vendor management and evaluation
- Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams—including Sales, Applications Engineering, Product Management, and manufacturing site leaders—to ensure smooth logistics, timely deliverables, and successful event execution
- Utilize metrics to measure results and conduct post-event analysis and reporting
Plan and execute marketing campaigns in Korea to increase awareness of Entegris’ brand, solutions, and products, and to drive demand generation primarily within the semiconductor manufacturing and packaging ecosystem.
- Develop content promotion plans and utilize metrics to measure results and analyze campaign effectiveness
- Share voice of customers, field insight and feedback with Solutions Marketing to craft key and localization-related messaging and create compelling content in different formats (technical notes, presentation slides, white paper, videos, etc.)
- Localize and review marketing content via collaboration with subject matter experts and field application engineers team
Promote corporate-level employer brand messaging and collaborate closely with the HR department to support recruitment programs in Korea, strengthening Entegris’ brand awareness, enhancing positive brand perception, and contributing to talent acquisition efforts.
- Define strategic goals in partnership with HR and lead the development of comprehensive content promotion plans
- Localize and review corporate level messaging via collaboration with HR and Corporate Communications
- Create marketing collateral and content via collaboration with HR, Brand & Digital Marketing and Corporate Communications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Korean is a must.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in integrated marketing, field or B2B marketing, and event marketing with experience in the technology sector (manufacturers of semiconductors/data storage/components; software and IT services providers)
- Ability to collaborate effectively with highly technical stakeholders, along with experience in content creation and message-house development, including social media and website copy, blog posts, and sales-enablement presentations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications/Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field with a strong emphasis on marketing or communications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the semiconductor ecosystem.
- Experience of collaborating with senior global and local leaders in a matrix organization/multinational companies is a plus.
- Excellent project management skills and stakeholder management and communication skills to deliver results and meet deadlines.
- Ability to use data, numbers and metrics to derive insights and propose action plans.
- Experience in electronic direct mail (EDM) and social media marketing such as Instagram, YouTube, and Naver blog.
