The opportunity
This role sits at the intersection of global Industry product strategy, APAC business needs, and local market execution. As Unity's dedicated Industry marketer in APAC, you will own the go-to-market for Unity's Industry verticals – Automotive, Manufacturing, AEC, and Digital Twins – across Japan, Korea, and APAC.Short-term (first 60-90 days): establish key partnerships with APAC Industry Sales/BD, integrate into HQ PMM/CMM planning, and land the first Japan-Korea Industry campaign. Long-term: build APAC's Industry marketing capability as a strategic function – driving pipeline growth and amplifying local customer success stories globally.The successful hire will work directly with Unity's global product leadership, APAC business teams, and country marketers across Japan, Korea, and APAC.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own APAC Industry campaign strategy and execution end-to-end – from messaging and channel planning through performance reporting – in active partnership with global PMM and CMM teams.
- Build structured, ongoing partnerships with APAC Industry Sales and Business Development in Japan, Korea, and across APAC, translating pipeline needs into marketing campaigns, events, and content programs.
- Lead and co-lead field events (U-Day Industry, vertical seminars, executive roundtables) in Japan, Korea, and across APAC; contribute Industry depth to anchor events (Unite Tokyo, Unite Seoul).
- Activate global Industry content meaningfully across APAC markets and develop local customer success stories (Japan, Korea, and across APAC) for amplification on the global stage.
- Serve as APAC's Industry marketing authority – bringing regional intelligence into HQ planning cycles and enabling country field teams with campaign assets and expertise.
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years in B2B Industry, field, or GTM marketing within tech/SaaS, with a track record of campaigns that drive measurable pipeline impact.
- Trilingual fluency in Japanese, Korean, and English – required.
- Proven ownership of integrated B2B marketing campaigns across multiple markets and channels.
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted, structured partnerships with Sales and Business Development teams.
- Solid understanding of Industrial B2B verticals: Automotive, Manufacturing, AEC, or Digital Twins.
You might also have (optional)
- Experience marketing 3D visualization, simulation, CAD, PLM, or real-time 3D technology solutions.
- Prior APAC-wide marketing role balancing global HQ alignment and local country execution.
- Multilingual content production experience with external agencies (Japanese, Korean, English).
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills for events, webinars, and executive briefings.
- Passion for industrial digital transformation and real-time 3D technology.
Annual Salary Range: 89,343,600 - 111,679,500 KRW
This range reflects the anticipated base salary for this position. Beyond base salary, this role may be eligible for equity awards and participation in our company incentive plans (such as annual discretionary bonuses or sales commissions). The final offer amount will depend on several factors, including geographic location and the candidate’s relevant experience, professional background, and skill set.
