Role Description The LoRA Specialist is a full-time, work-from-home role which requires the professional to:
- Train and fine-tune LoRA models for image, video, and language applications
- Prepare, curate, and optimize training datasets
- Improve model quality, consistency, and style alignment
- Test, iterate, and refine outputs
- Deploy and manage LoRA models across production workflows
- Collaborate with artists, animators, marketers, and AI specialists
Qualifications
- Proven experience training and fine-tuning LoRAs
- Strong understanding of Stable Diffusion and generative AI workflows
- Experience with:
ComfyUI
Automatic1111
Kohya GUI (or similar)
- Dataset preparation, tagging, and preprocessing
- Strong attention to quality and consistency
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a creative team
Animation Experience
While this role is open to specialists from any background, experience in animation, visual storytelling, or digital content production is highly desirable.
