Chief Information Officer

Technology plays an increasingly central role in how we operate and how we differentiate — particularly through bespoke platforms, system integrations and the responsible application of AI. As we enter the next phase of our evolution, we are seeking a Chief Information Officer (CIO) to provide strategic leadership across our technology landscape.
The Role
Reporting to the CEO and joining the Executive Leadership Team, the CIO will be responsible for defining and executing a clear, commercially driven and ambitious technology strategy that supports business growth, strengthens our ability to serve sophisticated enterprise clients, and enables AI adoption in a commercially meaningful way.
We are looking for a senior leader who can drive material progress while maintaining operational stability, security and trust.
Key Responsibilities
Technology Strategy
- Develop and deliver a coherent, multi‑year technology strategy aligned with the company’s strategic and innovation‑led priorities
- Ensure technology supports both operational excellence and future differentiation.
- Drive AI initiatives into scalable, production‑level capabilities.
Enterprise Client Enablement
- Support the delivery of complex enterprise client solutions through ongoing development of bespoke systems, integrations and innovations
- Ensure scalability, reliability and appropriate prioritisation of enterprise client technology needs.
Technology Leadership & Delivery
- Lead global technology teams across Development, IT operations, Product Management and Information Security.
- Strengthen leadership capability, accountability and collaboration across teams.
- Improve consistency and quality of technology execution.
Operational Reliability & Security
- Ensure technology operations effectively enable the business through secure, reliable infrastructure and services.
- Provide executive oversight of cybersecurity and technology risk.
- Balance innovation with resilience, compliance and risk management.
Investment & Decision‑Making
- Improve visibility and discipline around technology investment and prioritisation.
- Ensure resources are focused on areas of greatest business and client impact.
Requirements
- A senior technology leader with experience in platform, SaaS or integration‑heavy environments.
- Proven ability to operate across both:
- innovation‑focused technology teams, and
- operational IT and security functions.
- Strong commercial judgement and experience supporting enterprise‑level clients.
- Technically credible, with the ability to engage confidently at executive level.
- Pragmatic, delivery‑oriented and aligned with a measured approach to risk.
- Comfortable operating in a privately owned, global organisation.
- Industry experience is helpful but not essential. What matters most is experience building and leading technology capability that supports complex services and sophisticated clients.
