Ocean Export Specialist – Cruise Logistics (Miami, FL)
We are partnering with a leading freight forwarder in Miami to hire an Ocean Export Specialist focused on time-critical Cruise Line, Marine Supply, & Ship Spares logistics.
The Role:
- Position: Ocean Export Specialist (Cruise & Marine Logistics)
- Location: Miami, FL (Hybrid)
- Salary: Up to $65,000 (Based on experience)
What You'll Do:
- Full-desk A-to-Z Ocean Export file execution (FCL/LCL).
- Cut MB/L & HB/L, process commercial docs, and file AES/EEI accurately via CBP/ACE.
- Coordinate ocean carrier bookings, port drayage dispatch, and port agent handoffs.
- Manage time-sensitive deliveries for vessel provisioning, dry docks, and cruise port calls.
- Handle client billing, vendor invoice audits, and file closing.
What You Need:
- 3+ years of Ocean Export experience in a 3PL freight forwarding environment.
- Direct exposure to Cruise Line Logistics, Ship Spares, or Marine Supply.
- Strong knowledge of AES/EEI filings, Incoterms, and steamship line booking portals.
- Proficiency in CargoWise or Magaya preferred.
