- Oversee end-to-end project delivery, on-site deployment, field service, warranty support and spare parts operations. Establish local service processes to control delivery quality, timeline and customer satisfaction. Manage product compliance including UL, FCC, OSHA and other relevant US regulatory requirements.
- Own the full operation of the US subsidiary, including corporate governance, tax, payroll, employment compliance, import & customs, cross-border logistics, insurance and data governance. Mitigate legal, trade and financial risks.
