The Manager, Brand Marketing Communications – Home Entertainment (HE), is an execution-focused creative brand partner responsible for bringing product positioning, messaging, brand guidelines, and creative best practices to life across all HE categories including TV, audio, memory, and monitor. Reporting into the Sr. Manager of Brand Marketing Communications, this role is embedded in the day-to-day launch and campaign process — serving as a critical cross-functional partner to the GTM and paid media teams to ensure all creative assets meet brand standards, messaging requirements, and quality benchmarks before reaching consumers. The Manager is responsible for hands-on execution across toolkit development, localization coordination, legal review tracking, and QA, helping to uphold the creative integrity and consistency of the full HE portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Messaging Execution & Maintenance
- Execute product messaging across HE launches and campaigns in alignment with the positioning frameworks and messaging architecture set by the Sr. Manager, writing and refining consumer-facing copy including headlines, feature callouts, and product descriptions
- Partner with the GTM team to validate that messaging deliverables align with go-to-market strategy, launch timing, and channel-specific requirements
- Maintain a master messaging document for each HE product line, tracking approved copy, claim status, and version history as the cross-functional source of truth
2. Brand Guidelines Application & Governance
- Apply and enforce brand guidelines across all HE creative assets, serving as a day-to-day brand steward for the integrated marketing team
- Review creative executions from internal teams and agency partners for adherence to global brand standards and HE-specific guidance, flagging inconsistencies and coordinating revisions through to resolution
- Support the Sr. Manager in cascading brand guideline updates to relevant teams and documenting HE-specific brand application rules
3. Localization Execution & Quality Control
- Manage day-to-day execution of localization workflows for HE marketing assets, coordinating with translation vendors, regional teams, and the IM Team to ensure on-time, accurate delivery
- Review localized assets against source files to confirm messaging intent, visual standards, and brand voice are preserved across all markets and languages
- Maintain organized records of localization scope, status, and approvals across all active HE launches and campaigns
4. Creative Standards, Toolkit & Governance
- Apply established creative best practices to asset briefs, creative reviews, and production feedback — maintaining and updating the HE best practices library with new learnings from campaign performance and platform updates
- Support the development and ongoing management of product launch and campaign toolkits, ensuring assets are brand-aligned, messaging-approved, version-controlled, and inclusive of all required components before distribution
- Coordinate the day-to-day legal review process for HE creative assets — tracking submission status, ensuring approved language is accurately reflected in final deliverables, and flagging claims requiring re-review — while conducting thorough QA checks across all asset types before publication or distribution
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in brand marketing, content strategy, creative operations, or integrated marketing
- Strong copywriting and messaging skills with demonstrated ability to translate product features into brand-consistent, consumer-relevant content
- Solid understanding of brand guidelines with hands-on experience applying and enforcing visual and verbal brand standards across multiple asset types
- Experience coordinating legal review processes and managing compliance documentation for marketing assets
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams across different product lines and campaigns
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with GTM, paid media, legal, and creative teams in a fast-paced environment
