A little about my professional experience:

Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work in legal support, immigration services, operations management, and market research, building a diverse skill set that allows me to adapt quickly and contribute effectively in fast-paced environments.

I began my legal experience as a Legal Assistant at Alonso & Alonso Attorneys at Law, where I supported immigration law cases and gained valuable experience working with legal documentation and client communication.

I have also worked as a Market Research Analyst, Recruiter, and Project Manager, leading research projects, coordinating teams, and ensuring successful project execution while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.

Most recently, I served as an Operations Manager for a language and immigration services company. In this role, I worked closely with the CEO, overseeing a team responsible for coordinating interpretation and translation services in more than 100 languages for legal, court, and immigration matters. Our work supported USCIS filings and helped ensure effective communication for individuals navigating the immigration process. I was also responsible for team logistics, CRM management, compliance, workflow optimization, performance tracking, and KPI reporting.

Beyond my professional experience, I am a psychologist by profession, and helping others has always been at the center of my career. I value professionalism, empathy, ethical practice, and teamwork, and I genuinely enjoy collaborating with others to create a positive, productive work environment.
