Core focus: RLHF pipelines, preference labeling, model output evaluation (accuracy, safety, tone, instruction-following), red-teaming & adversarial prompt design (crafting prompts engineered to expose model failure modes and reasoning gaps), and audio transcription QA - in English and Brazilian Portuguese, with consistent rubric application across large-scale datasets.
This work builds directly on a 20+ year analytical background: 14 years as a Credit Risk & Compliance Analyst in corporate banking (BNP Paribas, WestLB, Caixa Geral de Depósitos), followed by commercial retail at Leroy Merlin (KPI reporting, performance dashboards). High-stakes environments that trained me in precision, pattern detection, and judgment under pressure - the same skills I now apply to stress-testing AI systems, catching errors and inconsistencies in model outputs, and to data analysis more broadly (SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, Power BI).
