About
Experienced Localization and Translation Project Manager with over 15 years of experience in the language services industry. I have managed end-to-end multilingual projects across medical, legal, IT and business content, working with international clients, linguists, reviewers and vendors. My background includes project planning, budgeting, quality assurance, LQA, terminology management, vendor coordination and client communication.
I have hands-on experience with CAT and TMS tools including Trados, MemoQ, Phrase, XTM and other localization platforms. I am also a qualified English teacher with a background in Business English and exam preparation, and I hold a TESOL/TEFL certificate.
I enjoy working in international environments, solving complex project challenges and helping teams deliver high-quality language solutions on time. I am currently also developing my knowledge of AI, LLMs and their practical use in translation and localization workflows.
