We’re seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to own and drive a portfolio of initiatives focused on modernizing our Translation Management System (TMS) and integrating advanced AI and Machine Translation (MT) capabilities. This role operates at a strategic level, coordinating multiple interdependent workstreams and serving as a key business-facing leader for the Translation organization.
You will align technology delivery with Translation business strategy, ensuring platform investments deliver measurable improvements in quality, speed, scalability, and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Act as the main business-facing program lead, partnering closely with senior leaders across Translation, operations, product, and commercial teams

Set the vision, success metrics, and roadmaps aligned to Translation business goals

Turn business strategy into clear, coordinated technical plans

Manage multiple cross-functional teams, managing dependencies, risks, and resourcing

Establish and run program governance, including executive updates, and decision-making forums

Drive integration of AI/MT solutions, including MT engines, LLM-based translation, and automation tools

Proactively manage risk around AI performance, security, privacy, and change management

Lead rollout, training, and change management to ensure smooth adoption

Track and communicate program progress, outcomes, and ROI

Continuously improve delivery frameworks, metrics, and tooling for Translation technology programs

Lead major initiatives across TMS modernization, workflow automation, AI/MT integrations, and platform scaling
