Outcomes and Accomplishments
As a Localization Coordinator, You Will
- Oversee the end-to-end production lifecycle of scripting projects allotted.
- Be accountable for on time delivery strictly respecting project milestones, procedures, and client specification.
- Ensure all scripts deliver in alignment with client specifications and creative expectations.
- Escalate potential risks when managing a project, and suggestions to mitigate should be part of the daily tasks.
- Hold impromptu meetings or schedule conference calls based on the need of projects.
- Liaise with the Order Managers on determining scripting workflow and steps to be followed for all projects being assigned.
- Create detailed Plan of Action and clearly communicate information about projects in the pipeline to external linguists/vendors and the internal stakeholders in different time zones.
- Ensure all work in progress tasks are on track with updating trackers and running daily reports to denote accurate status of projects.
- Resolve technical flags and pending queries from internal production departments and external stakeholders.
- Update work trackers to ensure projects being assigned to users in a timely fashion and to denote accurate status of projects.
- Proactively identify and resourcefully troubleshoot potential issues with projects in progress.
- Be responsible for resolving all payments monthly.
- Coordinate redeliveries and rejections and identify their causes.
- Remain flexible and put the needs of the client first, this may involve working outside shift hours to ensure deliveries are met.
- Have excellent, transparent, and timely communication skills with great attention to detail.
What You Bring
- Fluency in Korean and English.
- Eligibility to work in Korea.
- A graduate degree, preferably English or Communication.
- Relevant experience in Media Localization industry.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Team player with ability to multitask and work under pressure of deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and data base software.
