Multilingual Services Program Manager (AI-Enabled Language Solutions)

Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Multilingual Services Program Manager to lead the delivery of AI-enabled, human-verified language solutions across global markets. This role supports growing demand in healthcare, public health, NGOs, and government sectors requiring accurate, inclusive, and culturally relevant communication.
You will oversee end-to-end language services—from AI-assisted translation to linguistic validation, quality assurance, and final delivery—ensuring scalability, compliance, and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end multilingual service delivery:
- AI-assisted translation (MT + post-editing)
- Linguist review and validation
- QA, compliance, and final delivery
- Oversee translation, interpretation (OPI/VRI), localization, and multilingual content delivery
- Support global clients in healthcare, NGOs, and government sectors
- Ensure cultural accuracy, linguistic quality, and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with global linguists, vendors, and cross-functional teams
- Leverage AI and technology to improve efficiency and scalability
- Support platform integrations, APIs, and real-time multilingual tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Communications, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in language services, localization, or program management
- Experience with AI-assisted translation or language technology platforms
- Strong understanding of quality assurance and compliance (healthcare/public sector preferred)
- Ability to manage global teams and multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting healthcare or public health programs
- Knowledge of localization strategy and multilingual delivery at scale
- Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and integrations (APIs)
- PMP or localization certification is a plus
Language Skills
- English (required)
- Additional languages preferred: French, Arabic, Portuguese, or other regional languages
