We are hiring a Finance & Operations Assistant to support the day-to-day financial, administrative, and operational functions of Gushcloud Korea — a lean, fast-moving team where cross-functional exposure and ownership are built from day one.
Job Summary
This role supports the day-to-day financial and operational functions of Gushcloud Korea. The Finance & Operations Assistant is responsible for routine accounting tasks, HR administration, and general office management — working closely with the Head of Operations to ensure internal processes run accurately and on time.
This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role well suited to someone early in their career who wants to build a strong foundation in business operations within a global media environment.
Core Functions / Key Accountabilities
A. Finance & Accounting
- Issue tax invoices and manage basic accounts receivable/payable documentation
- Process domestic and international fund transfers and maintain payment records
- Assist with monthly expense reconciliation and internal cost tracking
- Organize and maintain financial documents in compliance with internal filing standards
- Support Head of Operations on ad hoc finance tasks and reporting prep
B. HR & General Administration
- Maintain employee records and assist with onboarding/offboarding documentation
- Track annual leave, attendance, and other HR data in internal systems
- Draft and organize internal documents, letters, and contracts as directed
- Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and general office upkeep
- Handle scheduling, and other day-to-day administrative tasks
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (graduates or upcoming graduates welcome)
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers and documents
- Proactive, self-directed work style with a positive attitude toward ambiguous tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
Preferred Qualifications
- English proficiency — written and verbal communication with global stakeholders
- Understanding of the influencer, social media industry
- Cultural fluency and localization sensibility across Korean and global contexts
- Prior internship or coursework in finance, business administration, or marketing
