Language Talent Pool is recruiting experienced, native-speaking dubbing adaptors on behalf of a leading media localization company expanding its AI dubbing work. We value long-term collaboration over one-off tasks, and we are building a lasting network of professionals.
We are currently hiring native translators of
Korean
Turkish
Vietnamese
and Dutch
This is freelance, remote work at the intersection of creative translation and AI media technology.
What you will do
• Adapt and edit scripts in your native language for AI dubbing, keeping cultural authenticity and natural dialogue flow.
• Work within the client’s platform to produce high-quality dialogue using AI voice technology.
• Review and quality check AI-generated dubbed audio for accuracy and tone.
• Support synchronization, timing, and natural delivery in the target language.
What we are looking for
• Native speaker of the target language.
• Professional translation or adaptation experience, ideally for media (TV, film, scripted or unscripted content).
• Familiarity with dubbing adaptation, dubbing direction, or audio localization is a strong plus.
• Comfortable learning and working with new AI tools and platforms (training is provided).
• Reliable, professional, and responsive.

How it works
1. A short Zoom interview with me to confirm your background, native language, and experience.
2. Introduction to the client’s team and onboarding.
3. Platform access, typically within 24 business hours of onboarding.
4. A paid evaluation task (a short video segment), assigned a couple of days after access, with quality feedback within a few business days.
5. On approval, you are onboarded and begin receiving project work.
