What You’ll Do
- Take ownership of performance marketing channels(SEM, SEO, App Download, CRM, Paid Social/Display) and strategic initiatives for the Korean market.
- Identify improvement opportunities in performance channel growth and efficiency (e.g. account build-out, audience targeting on web and mobile platforms, etc.) by performing tests, aligning with other relevant channel owners, and setting out any needs for additional tools (3rd party or in-house).
- Explore opportunities for utilizing various owned and paid performance channels to acquire quality traffic and implement per need.
- Set up and monitor critical metrics and dashboards to measure campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
- Team management: coach and lead team members.
What You’ll Need
- 6~8 years of experience in web and mobile SEM & SEO, CRM, Display Ads, and App Download campaign.
- Demonstrated ability to build, execute, and scale cross-functional marketing programs.
- Strong understanding of consumer insights and media landscape in the local market.
- Strong leadership with the ability to work across matrixed, multicultural, and fast-paced environments.
- Communication skills in both Korean and English.
- Strong analytical/quantitative skills; able to effectively utilize data to develop and measure marketing programs.
- Resilient under pressure, highly collaborative, adaptable to change, and thrives in dynamic, constantly evolving settings.
- Consistently strives for strong performance; professional and has a thirst for excellence.
- A start-up attitude – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude that’s not afraid to work independently when required.
