Language Talent Pool was founded by Milijana Trobradovic, a language industry professional with nearly 30 years of experience spanning interpreting, translation, recruiting, and talent management.
Throughout her career, Milijana has worked with language professionals and language service providers in roles ranging from interpreter and translator to leadership positions in talent acquisition, recruiting, and compliance.
This combination of hands-on language industry experience and recruitment leadership has given her a deep understanding of the challenges agencies face when identifying, evaluating, and engaging qualified language professionals.
Milijana remains directly involved in working with LTP's clients, helping organizations understand their hiring needs, develop sourcing strategies, and connect with talent.
Her vision for Language Talent Pool is to bring together the personal relationships and industry knowledge that have always been essential to successful recruiting with technology that makes opportunities and talent more accessible.
