Candidate guide
Language Talent Pool is recruiting on behalf of a client. You apply through LTP, your application enters our private recruiter queue, and LTP reviews it for that assignment. If your background may fit, we may contact you about screening before deciding whether to submit you to the client.
Employer-Posted Jobs are submitted through LTP by employers. Curated Industry Jobs are reviewed external opportunities identified by LTP. Follow the instructions on each listing; when the application is on an employer's website, you can continue without an LTP account and LTP does not receive or track that application.
Yes. Your LTP profile, languages, location, and résumé can be reused. Each LTP Recruiting application remains a separate record with its own selected languages, answers, and status.
Your initial status is Review. It may later move to Screening, Submitted to Client, or Declined. A decision applies only to that assignment; it does not reject your profile, suspend your account, or decide another application.
Yes. Join Our Talent Pool to request private consideration for future opportunities. LTP reviews these requests. Joining does not guarantee screening, submission, or placement.
LTP administrators can access candidate information needed to operate recruiting services. Employers can see a profile only when you explicitly opt into the employer directory and an administrator approves directory inclusion. Employer résumé access is a separate permission you control.
No. Applications, private talent-pool membership, employer-directory inclusion, and account access are separate. Joining the private talent pool never makes you visible to employers.
After you opt in, LTP performs a brief review for completeness, relevance to language or bilingual work, and obvious inconsistencies, duplicates, or spam. This is not recruitment screening and does not impose a universal experience requirement. You can continue browsing and applying while review is pending.
When available, “Screened by LTP” will mean a recruitment screening was completed, while “ID Verified” will mean an identity check was completed. They are separate checks. Directory approval does not award either badge, and LTP does not imply language testing, credential verification, reference checks, or verified work history unless those checks actually occurred.
LTP focuses on language and bilingual work, lets you reuse one professional profile, and can consider suitable candidates for relevant future assignments with their agreement. We aim to make the application destination and next step clear while keeping employer visibility under candidate control.
