We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic
marketing team in e-Retail. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing
digital marketing campaigns that promote our luxury brand and its products across various digital channels.
This role requires a deep understanding of the digital landscape, with a strong focus on Search Engine
Advertising (SEA) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies to drive online visibility, engagement, and
conversions, ultimately contributing to the growth of our eCommerce business.
Job responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
eCommerce Growth & Search Marketing (SEM: SEA & SEO)
- Be in charge of search marketing (SEM: SEA & SEO) to grow eCommerce business.
- Set SEM KPIs and meticulously track performance on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in SEM campaigns to facilitate conversion and user action.
- Derive actionable insights from marketing and product data by fully utilizing analytics solutions, and take prompt actions for optimizations.
- Discover efficient keywords for both SEA and SEO, and strategically implement them in text copies to significantly improve online visibilities.
- Proactively monitor market trends and competitor activities to ensure our strategies align with industry best practices and maintain a competitive edge.
- Become our in-house subject matter expert on all performance marketing questions, providing guidance and insights to the team.
Digital Content & Campaign Localization Management:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the brand's overall marketing objectives and luxury positioning.
- Oversee the creation and optimization of digital content (web pages, email content, push messages) to enhance SEO and engagement.
- Manage the localization of all digital content, including ad copy and product descriptions, ensuring cultural relevance and linguistic accuracy for the target market while maintaining brand voice and luxury appeal.
- Collaborate closely with internal & external stakeholders to create and deliver effective eCRM messages, including but not limited to Kakao Push, E-mails, and app push notifications.
- Work closely with internal teams including E-Merchandiser, Media, CRM to ensure integrated campaign execution with brand consistency.
Consumer Behavior Analysis & Growth Opportunities:
- Analyze consumer behavior on each digital device/platform to interpret causes and trends in their interactions.
- Seek for growth opportunities on different platforms, such as mobile apps, by understanding user journeys and engagement patterns.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track, measure, and report on overall campaign performance, website traffic, and other key metrics.
- Provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness, including ROI and KPIs, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new trends and opportunities.
Profile
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7-8 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing SEA and SEO campaigns.
- Strong preference for candidates with experience in the luxury brand sector, understanding the nuances of luxury consumer behavior and brand positioning.
- Expert-level knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other relevant SEO/SEA tools.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data into actionable insights.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Knowledge of emerging digital marketing trends and technologies.
