DramaBox is seeking Creative Executives to help shape the next generation of breakout serialized drama series for global audiences.
This role works closely with Development Executives, Story Leads, writers, and production teams to identify strong commercial concepts, refine serialized storytelling, and support a rapidly expanding slate of mobile-first scripted content.
The ideal candidate already understands the creative mechanics behind successful vertical drama or serialized mobile storytelling: emotionally driven hooks, strong escalation, fast pacing, retention-focused cliffhangers, and compelling character dynamics that keep audiences engaged episode after episode. This is not an entry-level development role for candidates newly exploring the format.
Candidates with direct experience in vertical drama, serialized audio fiction, adaptation, romance publishing, web fiction, fast-turnaround digital storytelling, or other high-volume scripted formats are strongly preferred.
