To support our continued expansion, we are looking for an experienced AV Producer to join the Blast Team. You will oversee and manage the entire finishing process of large-scale movie/episodic marketing campaigns, from inception to final delivery. You bring a sense of calm, and composure and can execute good judgment in a fast-paced environment. You possess the nimble ability to adapt to change, are a strong individual that can lead, and can work collaboratively with a team.
You will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and distributing all video marketing assets to key stakeholders. You must have a keen understanding of post production finishing process and have excellent organizational and communication skills.
Key job responsibilities
· Manage all operational aspects of video projects (trailers, tv spots, promos, sizzles, etc.) from inception to final delivery. This role will serve as the primary communication between the creatives, the campaign manager, and the finishing teams executing the work.
· Create schedules, estimate time, and project completion requirements.
· Obtain necessary approvals and communicate plans to relevant stakeholders.
· Anticipate and effectively mitigate problems; and consistently communicate to stakeholders about updates on progress, relevant delays, etc.
· Fluent in AV formats with an understanding of the fundamentals of asset management, in theater deliverables (DCP), etc.
· Communicate creative feedback to the finishing team.
· QC video files before releasing final files for delivery.
· Deliver final files to internal and external partners as necessary.
· Work collaboratively with internal teams and external teams to assess project requirements and hit all deadlines with efficiency.
· Provide regular feedback to the marketing and creative teams to establish project priorities and communicate milestones and deadlines.
· Experience in managing and delivering a large volume of video assets to external partners is a must.
· Basic Qualifications
· 5+ years of creative services experience
· Experience working at or with a finishing/post services vendor, creative vendor or advertising agency, network, streaming service, or studio.
· Experience quality control with a keen eye for detail a must.
· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
· Excellent writing, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Experience leading process improvements and/or operations tool implementations.
· Ability to learn and adapt to digital/software tools.
· Experience leading projects across multiple stakeholders.
· Expert organizational skills and the ability to prioritize, monitor, and manage workload.
· Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficient in Localization workflows, including graphic packages, subtitling, and dubbing of marketing content.
- Experience managing a high volume of AV campaigns in collaboration with geographically dispersed teams.
- Understanding of long-form postproduction.
- Detailed knowledge of workflow within a marketing, production company, or editorial house.
- Experience with Video editing or Sound services is a BIG plus.
- Knowledge of video specs, encoding process, and file types is a big plus.
