About the team:
Warner Bros. Discovery is building unique Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) experiences around the world. Delivering products globally requires a robust content & metadata platform to serve as the foundation for content that flows to our worldwide partners, networks, and distribution channels. As the strategic leader for this global content platform, you will partner with the distribution platform to power a transformation of Warner Bros. Discovery enabling the future of interactive & personalized video experiences for global audiences spanning 220 countries.
Position Summary:
As the SeniorPM-T forPromos and Advertisingwithin the Media Supply Chain, you will serve as a key contributor and thought leader for how WBD will scale to meet thenumerouspromotional and advertisingrequirements across thedirect-to-consumerand linear lines of business. You will work with Media Supply Chain engineering, Product Management, Media Logistics, Content Operations, and stakeholders to define the strategy and build the platforms to create cutting-edge workflows for the acquisition, enrichment, and distribution of WBD’s content to a global audience of hundreds of millions.
You arean accomplished product manager and havetechnicalexperience withcinematic ortelevision workflows. Youunderstandhow the mediaindustry is evolving to enhance these workflows using powerful new tools, and you have direct experience working with or within major media companies who source and deliver the assets required to fulfill content to linear, direct-to-consumer, and licensees across multiple lines of business. Youare data-drivenandunderstandhow to invent and deploy new metrics to measure the success of ourstrategies, anduse those metrics to prioritize a wide range ofrapidly-evolvingoperational needs in a fast-paced startup environment. Lastly, you are a highly independent and self-directed individual who is comfortable navigating complex and ambiguous situations, proactivelyidentifyingopportunities and driving solutions with minimal oversight.
Responsibilities:
As the primary interface with a wide stakeholdergroup,youidentifyuse cases, prioritize the business’s needs, and drive successful implementation and adoption with operational teams.
Using excellentwritten and verbal communication skills, youproduceproduct artifacts (PRFAQs, Requirements, Jira, Status reportsand Product presentations)thatare clear andconcise,driving towardnorth-star strategy, vision, and OKRswhile also solving forshort-term businessobjectivestoscale theuse of promotional and advertising materials across our lines of business.
Workingwith production management teams, operations, medialogistics, marketing, and merchandising teams to conceive of, resource, and build features that simplify workflows and enable rapid global expansion, with a “hands off the wheel” approach

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $119,700.00 - $222,300.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
