Language Quality Specialist – Linguistic Validation

IQVIA Language Solutions is hiring a Language Quality Specialist to support its Linguistic Validation team and monitor translation quality across its global supplier network. The role contributes to quality management for internal teams, external resources, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Initiate quality-feedback reports and improvement plans in coordination with project managers, internal linguists, external reviewers, talent managers, and quality teams.
• Analyze language-quality issues and develop corrective and preventive improvement plans.
• Help project and talent teams anticipate and resolve supplier-quality issues.
• Use quality results to identify resources for promotion, development, or demotion.
• Analyze resource and language-quality performance and support global quality strategy.
• Help establish tools, procedures, and best practices for monitoring outsourced translation quality.
• Contribute to the design and continued development of a robust language-quality system.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in multilingual language-quality work.
• Higher education in translation-related studies or equivalent professional experience.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication.
• Strong knowledge of multilingual quality-monitoring processes.
• Analytical, organizational, negotiation, and cross-cultural communication skills.
• Linguistic Validation experience is an advantage.
