Localization AI Content Specialist

Agilent Technologies is seeking a Localization AI Content Specialist to help design, deploy, govern, and optimize AI-powered multilingual content and localization solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage machine-translation platforms and AI-enabled localization technologies.
• Design and optimize prompts, retrieval strategies, AI agents, and automated multilingual-content workflows.
• Support integrations and automation across TMS, CMS, DAM, and PIM environments.
• Develop localization standards, governance frameworks, quality-evaluation methods, and responsible-AI practices.
• Maintain translation memories, terminology databases, prompt libraries, and multilingual AI datasets.
• Evaluate AI-generated and machine-translated content, analyze quality metrics, and troubleshoot localization technology workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in translation, linguistics, languages, computer science, information systems, digital content, or a related field.
• One to three or more years of experience in localization, language technology, content operations, or multilingual content management.
• Hands-on experience with TMS and localization technologies.
• Familiarity with machine translation, generative AI, large language models, prompt creation, linguistic quality, terminology, and translation memories.
• Professional proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

This is a full-time role associated with Barcelona, with the option to work remotely in Spain. Occasional travel may be required.
