We're looking for an experienced Localization Project Manager based in LATAM to join Terra and work with an important client in the video game industry.
You'll coordinate localization projects from request to delivery, working closely with localization production and LQA teams, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver localized content to users around the world.

We're looking for an experienced Localization Project Manager based in LATAM to join Terra and work with an important client in the video game industry.
You'll coordinate localization projects from request to delivery, working closely with localization production and LQA teams, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver localized content to users around the world.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys managing multiple projects, coordinating different teams, and working in a fast-paced global environment.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate localization requests end to end, from intake and preparation to vendor dispatch, tracking, and final delivery.
- Build and maintain project schedules, considering dependencies across multiple teams and projects.
- Monitor daily production, including vendor queries, turnaround times, and issue resolution.
- Identify and escalate potential risks early.
- Keep project tracking systems and capacity information up to date.
- Work with tools such as Smartling, Jira, Slack, and Google Workspace.
- Support Localization Producers and Associate Producers with production and coordination activities as needed.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 4+ years of experience in Localization Project Management.
- Ability to autonomously manage high-volume localization pipelines from day one.
- Experience with TMS platforms and project management tools.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted localization workflows and human post-editing.
- Full professional proficiency in English plus a second language.
- Bachelor's degree in Languages, Business, Computer Science, or comparable professional experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Availability to work aligned with a US time zone is preferred.
- Previous experience in the gaming industry.
- Experience with Smartling and Jira.
- Experience collaborating with LQA teams.
- Experience working with global and cross-functional teams.
