Senior Localization Specialist

Join Grundfos as a Senior Localization Specialist in the Technical Communications team. You will manage and optimize localization workflows, develop the translation management system, and establish terminology standards for global product and marketing content.

What you will do

• Support translation projects and govern localization workflows across 40+ languages.
• Advise on file formats and automation integrations between the translation management system and other content platforms.
• Develop terminology and language guidelines for quality, consistency, and translatability.
• Act as operational project manager for internal stakeholders and external translation agencies.
• Evaluate and improve localization tools, processes, and platforms, including AI-related technologies.
• Optimize translation memory, quality tools, content reuse, and country-specific formatting and style requirements.

What makes you a great fit

• Masters degree in English, linguistics, literature, translation, or a similar field.
• At least five years of translation/localization industry experience, including localization project management.
• Strong technical skills with localization software, content management systems, and terminology tools.
• Top-level English proficiency and strong stakeholder communication.

Experience with Phrase or similar localization platforms, localization-focused AI technologies, additional languages, and terminology management is advantageous.
