Job Overview
As a Marketing Manager, you will act as the critical bridge between international brand headquarters and local operations teams. You will be fully responsible for global marketing strategy alignment and core market localization of the international luxury brands we serve. You need to deeply understand brand DNA and cultural heritage while accurately grasping luxury consumer insights, driving efficient communication between both parties to enhance brand influence and commercial conversion through end-to-end marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Global Marketing Strategy Alignment & Localization
- Liaise daily with international brand headquarters to deeply interpret global marketing strategy, core messaging and visual guidelines
- Develop annual marketing development plans and budgets for core markets based on market trends, consumer insights, and competitive analysis, and secure headquarters' approval and support
- Establish and maintain a unified brand marketing asset library to ensure all communication touchpoints are highly consistent with the global brand image
- Convey core marketing messages to local operations teams and provide professional marketing guidance and training
- Integrated Marketing Campaign Planning & End-to-End Coordination
- Lead the planning of 360-degree integrated marketing campaigns that align with global brand tone and adapt to core markets, including new product launches, thematic promotions, brand collaborations, art crossovers, pop-up stores, VIP tasting events, etc.
- Coordinate between international headquarters and local teams to ensure smooth end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns from concept development and resource integration to delivery
- Responsible for localization adaptation and secondary creation of global marketing content to create premium-quality, culturally relevant communication
- Manage and maintain partnerships with premium global media, artists, and creative agencies to introduce high-quality marketing resources to core markets
- Brand Partnership & Marketing Resource Liaison
- Participate in new brand acquisition and partnership negotiations, assisting with brand due diligence and marketing cooperation proposal development
- Liaise with marketing, design, supply chain and other departments at international brand headquarters to resolve various marketing operational issues in core markets
- Organize and arrange international exchange activities between brand headquarters and local teams
- Marketing Data Monitoring & Performance Optimization
- Collaborate with the data team to establish a marketing performance monitoring system and regularly track and analyze core indicators such as exposure, engagement and conversion
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and submit bilingual reports to brand headquarters and company management
- Propose marketing strategy optimization suggestions based on data insights to continuously improve marketing ROI
- Cross-team Communication & Project Management
- Serve as the single point of contact for brand marketing, coordinating multiple teams including international headquarters, local marketing, retail, and supply chain
- Manage marketing project timelines and budgets to ensure all marketing projects are completed on time, on quality, and on budget
- Manage external creative vendors and event service providers, strictly controlling project quality and brand tone
Requirements
Essential Requirements
- 3-5 years of marketing management experience in the luxury industry, experience in home, fragrance, or lifestyle categories is preferred
- Deep understanding of the luxury industry, with keen global market insight and high-end aesthetic ability
- Proven ability to independently plan and execute large-scale integrated marketing campaigns, with successful cases preferred
- Excellent cross-cultural communication skills and project management ability, able to effectively coordinate multiple stakeholders
- Meticulous and rigorous work attitude, strong sense of responsibility and pressure resistance, and extreme pursuit of quality
- Right to work legally in the country of employment

- Work experience at headquarters of international luxury brands
- Experience in brand licensing
- Proficient in data analysis tools, able to develop marketing strategies based on data
- Experience in B2B channel cooperation or high-net-worth customer marketing
